A
video from Eurogamer
includes an interview with
Civilization VI lead designer Ed Beach, along
with about 18 minutes of gameplay footage from the upcoming continuation of Sid
Meier's beloved series. Along the way they take a deep dive into some of the
game's strategy elements. They have also posted the
E3 presentation for
Civilization VI, offering over 12 minutes of gameplay, and going the whole
lead designer thing one better by providing narration from none other that Sean

Unknown Worlds has been quite busy updating
Natural Selection 2, saying their
strategy shooter sequel has received a new patch almost every week for the past

Decided to see the doctor again yesterday, and he drew more blood for more
testing and some retesting. I think I'm feeling better in general, though a
couple of my joint aches are really bothering me today, so I'm still mystified by what's going on. On the subject of those joint pains, a few have
suggested computer related RSI, which is not what this is, unless I managed to
provoke a severe outbreak of it in three different areas of my body at the same
time, including my knee (and yes, this is a non-typing knee). Anyway, as what
we're testing for becomes more and more obscure, I'm more convinced it's
probably nothing, so I think the chances this will all blow over with no
explanation are pretty strong. Thanks for all the concern and
advice.
