WBIE announces LEGO Marvel's Avengers will be released in North America on
January 26,
2016 2017 and in Europe on January 29th, offering a LEGO based superhero
adventure for Windows, OS X, Xbox One, PlayStation4, Xbox 360, PlayStation3, Wii
U, and Nintendo 3DS. Here's word on the plans, including a tease of a U.K.
preorder bonus, though there's no word on whether this will be offered in other
territories:
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment announced today that
LEGO® Marvel’s Avengers, the first console videogame to feature characters and
storylines from Marvel’s The Avengers™, Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron™ and
more , will be available on 26th January 2016 in North America and 29th January
2016 in Europe, via participating retailers.
In addition, an exclusive UK retailer will be announced very soon, where
consumers can pre-order their copy and receive an exclusive Silver Centurion
Iron Man LEGO minifigure, which is one of the many suits that will be playable
in LEGO® Marvel’s Avengers. The minfigure will ship along with the game for
online customers; in-store customers will receive at time of purchase at the
exclusive UK retailer while stocks last.
The Way is now available
on Steam, offering a
throwback 2D platformer that passed through the Steam Greenlight process and was
funded through Kickstarter.
This trailer offers a
look at the game in action, and here's an outline of the game's serious
plotline: "The Way tells the story about a member of space explorers team, who
lost his beloved one and cannot accept her death. Discovering ancient writings
on eternal existence during one of his last expeditions, he is encouraged to
return in search of the meaning of life itself… He will quickly realize that the
planet has its own secrets and plenty of challenges to overcome in his pursuit
for answers."

Went out on the town with my buddies last night and had tee many martoonies. A
fine time was had by all, and everyone got home safe and sound. This Saturday I
was rewarded with heavy machinery as an alarm clock, as someone's home
maintenance needs conflicted with my desire to sleep in. This is still going on
hours later... I swear it sounds like someone is trying to sand down a block of
concrete out there.
