Elite Dangerous VR Specs

Frontier Developments offers details on the VR version of Elite Dangerous, which they call "only the best VR experience out there." They note that VR support is present in the Elite Dangerous: Horizons beta, but that this will be released for all owners of the game when the beta concludes, whether or not they own the expansion. They also offer minimum system requirements for running the space combat game through SteamVR, which are as follows:

OS: Windows 7/8/10 64 bit
Processor: Intel Core i7-3770K Quad Core CPU or better / AMD FX 4350 Quad Core CPU or better
Memory: 16 GB RAM
Graphics: Nvidia GTX 980 with 4GB or better
Network: Broadband Internet Connection
Hard Drive: 8 GB available space

AX-EL - Air XenoDawn Released

This Steam Community announcement has word that AX-EL - Air XenoDawn has left early access and is now officially available for Windows on Steam. This sci-fi and aerial dogfighting gameplay offers the chance to design your own ship and take it into battle. Here's word:

Out of the Blue

American McGee's sister has been missing from the East Dallas area since November 9th, more than long enough to raise concerns about her wellbeing, and American says he suspects foul play. This Facebook post outlines the situation, and this page has been set up as an online home base in the search for her. They ask that anyone with information contact the Dallas police department. Here's hoping someone out there can help and that there can still be a somewhat happy ending to this story.
