Warfare, the military shooter sequel. Already available on Xbox, this fourth and final pack in the DLC season pass for the game includes the
conclusion to the new Exo Zombies saga along with four new maps, described
below:
- Overload: With a grand view of
downtown New Baghdad, the map's multiple levels and long perimeter
site-lines highlight medium to long-range combat.

this medium sized map with its tight corners and open areas. The combination
allows for any style of gameplay.
- Fracture: Search this map's large
combat areas, cradled on the shelf of a glacier, to take refuge behind wind
turbines and heavy equipment.

map, take position in war-scarred storefronts that provide plenty of cover
over the streets of Seoul, South Korea, or flank the enemy through close
quarter interiors in the center of the map.

UbiBlog announces
the release of Toy Soldiers: War Chest, a new installment in the
series available in two forms, one with a load of licensed DLC. Here's the deal:
Since time immemorial, humankind has pondered one eternal question: Who
would win in a fight? Germany circa World War I, or an army of teddy bears and
bubble-shooting fairies? He-Man or Cobra Commander? Ezio Auditore or Duke from
G.I. Joe? Now you can find the answers for yourself with Toy Soldiers: War
Chest, which brings its playroom-scale battles to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC
today.
Combining tower defense with hands-on action and armies of original and licensed
toys, Toy Soldiers: War Chest is available as a download-only standard edition –
which includes the Kaiser, Starbright, Phantom and Dark Lord armies – for
$14.99. Meanwhile, the $29.99 Hall of Fame Edition is available digitally and at
retail, and adds He-Man, G.I. Joe, Cobra and the Assassin Brotherhood. (If you
prefer to pick and choose, the licensed armies are also available separately for
$4.99 apiece.)
In addition to a 15-map campaign, an endless Survival mode and Weekly War
challenge maps, Toy Soldiers: War Chest sports split-screen and online co-op for
two players, and introduces two-on-two multiplayer that lets players build their
own turrets, as well as control or upgrade their ally’s turrets. To find out
more and order your copy, check out

and customization, brutal melee combat, and the huge open world of the Wasteland
ahead of the game’s release on September 1."
The
Star Wars Battlefront website has details on Supremacy, one of the
multiplayer modes in Star Wars Battlefront, the upcoming force-powered
action game (thanks Cale). They offer one image with the article, and here's a
portion of the text: Supremacy centers on five control points scattered
across the map. The objective is gaining control of all five, or the majority of
them, before the 10 minute round is over. Each team starts the match controlling
two of these control points, initially fighting for control of the fifth one in
the center. After this is determined, the control points need to be claimed in a
set order. This means the action will be taking place on two control points at a
time – one for each team.
An intense mode for players that know their way around the battlefront,
Supremacy is ideal for those craving all-out multiplayer action. According to
Lead Level Designer Dennis Brännvall, this action will be both immediate and
intense.
“When you spawn into Supremacy, you don’t have to move far to see a lot of
friends – and enemies. You’re thrown into a massive frontline, where your screen
is filled with adversaries: infantry, Heroes, Walkers, and starfighters. You can
prepare for very heavy and focused Star Wars™ action,” Brännvall says.
If you’re the defending type, Supremacy will guarantee many enemies assaulting
your control point. If you’re an attacking player, you'll surely find them
trying to defend their control point from capture, ensuring constant frontline
action.
Almost all vehicles in Star Wars Battlefront will take part in the fight, so
keep an eye on the sky for TIE fighters and X-wings soaring through the sky to
assist the quest for supremacy at each location. Heroes and Villains will also
join the fight, and their unique abilities will help both sides in different
ways.
“Using a character like Darth Vader to secure control points is great, as he can
take increased damage before going down. Luke Skywalker and Boba Fett are great
for moving swiftly between attacking and defensive positions, and giving you the
edge against opponents in battle,” Brännvall explains.
The

Techland offers a new
reveal trailer for Dying Light: The Following, the
recently announced zombie game
expansion, adding that they've settled on a $14.99 price tag for the add-on,
though it will be free for season pass holders. A release date for the new
content is still TBD, but they accompany the trailer with some additional
details about what this will involve: After a successful showing at
Gamescom 2015, Techland has released the reveal trailer for Dying Light: The
Following – a story-based expansion set in a massive new area that’s as big as
the original maps from Dying Light combined. Dying Light: The Following will see
Kyle Crane travel to a hazardous outback ruled by mysterious and fanatical
cultists whose beliefs have unnerving connections with the zombie outbreak.
To get close to the cult and unravel their secrets, players will need to earn
the trust of the locals. Through various missions and tasks, players will be
able to choose their own path for infiltrating the inner circles of the
cultists. In order to succeed in this harsh countryside, players will also gain
access to fully customizable and upgradable dirt buggies. With its own unique
skill tree, players will be able to traverse the vast expanse of the Harran
countryside in what is their deadliest weapon yet.
“Gamescom 2015 was our first chance to let people play Dying Light: The
Following so I was a bit nervous – admits producer Tymon Smektała. But so many
positive reactions really showed me we made the right decision to work on this
expansion. With its new map and far-reaching gameplay additions, it feels like
we’ve hit the sweet spot for what players are expecting from us.” Continue here to read the full story.

be defining your choices and making the difference between glory and defeat.

Thirty Years War, allows you to play as Swedes or Imperialists.

Declaring "the future is meow," Cranktrain announces the release of The Cat
Machine on Steam for
Windows, OS X, and Linux, offering "a game of logic, and cats riding around on
trains." Here's a trailer
and here's word: The Cat Machine is a game of logic, and also cats. Cats
riding around on Trains. As we are all aware, the stability of planet earth's
orbit around the sun is maintained by an enormous and very secret underground
machine. A machine where cats of various colours ride around on trains, as cats
have done since time immemorial.
Without this secret mechanism, the earth would undoubtedly fold in on itself,
probably with a rather satisfying popping noise, but also with the unpleasant
side-effect of then ceasing to exist.
The Cat Machine places you in charge of designing that contraption.
