Battlefield Battlelog announces Monday is when Battlefield Hardline
Premium members can expect the version 1.03 patch for the Windows version of the
law enforcement shooter (thanks
MP1st). This adds the Criminal Activity DLC that was scheduled for release
earlier this week, and they promise a free Battlepack will be automatically
delivered in the future to all those impacted by the delay. Word is:
Until Patch 1.03 is released on Monday, some features on Battlefield
Hardline PC Battlelog have limited or no functionality, including:
- Quickmatch

Gadgets. However, they will not have access to the new Maps and Modes on PC
until Patch 1.03 is fully released on Monday.

Gearbox Software offers videos of several Battleborn presentations
and interviews from E3. They have the
gameplay demo for YouTube,
a stream from Twitch, a
Stage Demo from GameSpot,
a report from the Twitch
booth, and a clip from
IGN Live. No need to adjust your volume between clips, all of Randy
Pitchford's shirts are equally loud.
This trailer offers
a look at co-op gameplay from Call of Duty: Black Ops III, captured on a
PlayStation 4, since it was shown in the Sony booth at E3. Here's word from
Activision on what this shows us: Take a deep dive into the Call of Duty: Black Ops III cooperative campaign
with the Cyber Core tutorial and an extended cut from "Ramses Station" as seen
exclusively at the Sony Playstation E3 booth. Call of Duty: Black Ops III is a
dark, gritty future where a new breed of Black Ops soldier emerges and the lines
are blurred between our own humanity and the cutting-edge military technology
that define the future of combat.
Designed for four-player online co-op or solo play, players will encounter
epic cinematic moments and open-area gameplay, allowing players to approach the
game with a different strategy each time they play. And now your campaign
character is completely customizable: from weapons and loadouts, to abilities
and outfits, all with full progression systems and a personalized armory to show
off accomplishments. With these and many more exciting new features, Call of
Duty: Black Ops III aims to deliver a constantly-evolving campaign experience. Continue here to read the full story.

announces the game will be released on July 2nd though GOG.com and Steam. Here's
the description from the clip: "Witches, ghosts, trolls and cursed princesses -

In a land far, far away lives a brave young girl called Anna. She lives a
peaceful life in the forest with her grandfather, until a mysterious illness
befalls him. And so Anna ventures forth to find a cure for him, but this world

This thread on the Guild Wars 2 forums is filled with complaints from
players over the recently
revealed pricing for the upcoming Heart of Thorns expansion for
Guild Wars 2, ArenaNet's MMORPG sequel. The issue at the heart of this is
the inclusion of the base game with the expansion, which makes current players
feel they are paying for it a second time. ArenaNet has explained they are
viewing this as a free copy of the game for new players, rather than a bundle,
but this has not smoothed things over. The most recent posts from the company
offer reassurances this feedback is being taken seriously. Thanks
Eurogamer where they note
a report which explains another controversial element of this, as it states
that the game's FAQ was silently changed, but that prior to
being edited said separate ownership of the base game would be required to play
the expansion.
Battle.net outlines the Diablo III-themed content that will added to

could have prevented a lot of frame-by-frame analysis of the recent trailer

Yesterday the Gunnar-man started looking for his new friend the deer around the corner from
where we previously saw him. I was telling him he was off track when the deer appeared
across the street, and, I kid you not, started trotting toward us when he saw Gunnar. They were
checking each other out when Gunnar gave a "let's play" bark that scared
off his buddy.
We ran into him again in the afternoon, but he and Gunnar startled each other
which lead to the deer being spooked by a bark again. Maybe that's for the
best... as charming as this all is, desensitizing deer to dogs may not be best
for their survival instincts.
