underground plant with only one link with the outside world: a voice that calls

captive and to find out more about the reasons of his imprisonment.
"Subject 13" is an adventure game in the greatest tradition. It depicts a

GOG.com announces the release of more free DLC for The Witcher 3: Wild

Temerian set of armor, and then clean up good with the Haircut & Beard set.

alternative look for the mighty sorceress Yennefer of Vengerberg. How sultry!
We'll also take on an exciting new contract (and if you've played The Witcher 3,
you know how extensive those can get) with the "Missing Miners" quest: Miners
from a small Skellige village are disappearing. Investigate and find out what's
happening!
Developer Deconstructeam and publisher Devolver Digital
announce the release of a new free expansion for Gods Will Be Watching,
adding more places to point and click to this adventure game. This is available
everywhere the game is sold, and coincides with a sale
on Steam where it is 75%
off. Word is this is as close as they will come to a sequel: Set twenty
years after the close of the original game, players will again be tasked with
making tough decisions in the tense conflict enveloping the galaxy. Liam, the
leader of the fallen freedom fighter organization Xenolifer, gathers the
scattered members of Sgt. Burden’s old unit and embarks on a desperate quest to
change the past and prevent the oppressive Constellar Federation from ever
coming to power.
“There were never plans to create a full-fledged sequel to Gods Will Be
Watching, that story has been told,” said Jordi “El Guapo” de Paco, studio lead
at Deconstructeam. “But we wanted to further explore the plight of Sgt. Burden’s
team in such a dark time and give the fans of Gods Will Be Watching a glimpse
into the future of the characters they had come to know so well.”
Re/code spoke with Brendan Iribe at Code Conference 2015 where the Oculus
CEO discussed the eventual price point for Oculus Rift VR units, which are
expected to launch early next year. He
does not specify how much the individual headsets will cost, but says that
around $1,500.00 will get you a Rift along with a computer capable of powering
it. He says that over time they would like to see that come down to around
$1,000.00. Thanks

The WildStar website
finally confirms long-running rumors that the MMORPG is going free-to-play.
This trailer marks the
occasion and
this announcement offers the details. Here's a bit on how this will
work: Players can acquire the game, create an account, login and play
through everything the game has to offer without spending any money, so yes, we
do mean free.
That said, we will also offer completely optional in-game purchases that cover a
wide range of player services, convenience options, and cosmetic offerings.
What will happen to my account if I have an active subscription or game
time applied to my account through C.R.E.D.D., or a Game Time Card when WildStar
goes Free-to-Play?
All accounts that have an active recurring payment method, C.R.E.D.D.
redemption, or GTC (Game Time Card) redemption when the transition occurs will
be considered active. These accounts will automatically convert to Signature
service, which will persist until their current “active period” ends.
For example, if an account has 20 days of time remaining through one of the
methods above, those 20 days will convert to Signature service since game access
is now open to everyone.
Players with a recurring payment plan for subscription service will have that
plan automatically converted into a recurring plan for Signature status.
Players with non-recurring payments, C.R.E.D.D., or GTC will need to apply
another payment to their account to continue using Signature service should they
choose to continue with Signature service.
Active accounts will receive an amount of Loyalty Points based on:
- The type of game box (Standard/Deluxe) added to
the account.
- The number of months subscribed through recurring
payment, C.R.E.D.D. or Game Time Cards prior to F2P Launch
Additionally, as a reward to those who were continuous subscribers from
WildStar’s launch until the transition to Free-to-Play, we are giving away an
exclusive Ikthian Crawler mount, an exclusive DJ Caretaker housing décor item, a
Disco Snoglug companion pet, a new housing music track, four months of Signature
service, and two new titles: “Living Legend” and “Nexus Loyalist” - these
bonuses will be granted to such players on the first day of transition.
If you missed out on launch but you’re a current subscriber and maintain your
subscription through transition to Free-to-Play, you will still receive the DJ
Caretaker housing décor item, the Disco Snoglug companion pet, the new housing
music track, four months of Signature service, and the "Nexus Loyalist" title.

A
forum post from CD Projekt RED acknowledges an issue in The Witcher III:
Wild Hunt that prevents players from collecting experience for completing
quests six or more levels lower than the player's level. A
follow-up post notes this is being addressed, saying: "We have found the
issue and started working on a fix. We're especially sorry about this bug!"
Thanks

Steam News announces the
release of Carnivores:
Dinosaur Hunter Reborn, a sequel to the dinosaur hunting first-person
shooter. Here's a launch
trailer along with word on this chance to get in touch with your inner Turok:
This game is a sequel of the original classic dinosaur hunting video
game, Carnivores: Dinosaur Hunter. It’s an authentic hunting simulation where
you track and stalk your prey. Careful and thoughtful consideration must be
taken during the hunt; to survive you'll need to know your preys temperament and
mannerisms, and just like in real hunting, you need to be aware of your
surroundings (you don't want to be caught downwind of a T-Rex or you'll end
being lunch). Remember you're not hunting deer, you're hunting dinosaurs.

Steam News announces
Early Access is now available for
Moonrise, a virtual
("collectible") card game.
This post explains all that's been added to the game for the launch, and
they also offer guides to
combat
and
team building. Here's word on the game and what the developers are hoping to
accomplish through Early Access: “Moonrise combines the deep strategy of
a collectible card game with the tactical pacing of a head-to-head fighting
game. At its heart is a fast-paced, highly competitive combat system with a lot
of moving parts, creative strategies, and gameplay systems.
In order to balance Moonrise, we need to engage with the Early Access community
and see how your creativity evolves the metagame. Tuning gameplay balance is a
process that requires a ton of feedback and data from real-world matches.
We’re also looking for feedback on other gameplay systems and content that we
can only get by interacting with an active community of passionate
players.
I mentioned the Gunnar-man's strong game yesterday, but I'm about to put that to
the test. Even though he recently got a spring haircut, the heat of
summer late spring has already ramped up to the point where I'm going
to have to basically shave him down to help him stay comfortable. He'll probably
look a little goofy, but I have to do something to keep the poor guy from
melting. I'm sure his girlfriends won't mind too much, as he'll still have his
charm.
