Archived News:
The
Battlefield website has first details on the Criminal Activity DLC
for Battlefield Hardline that was already
announced as part of the Battlefield Hardline Premium package. Here's word on
the pack, which will come to early access next month: There’s been a
recent uptick in reports in the local precincts – a rash of violent crime that
is seemingly connected somehow.
Small crews of well-trained, aggressive criminals have been using force of arms
to terrorize the citizenry and are in direct conflict with the police in many
cases. Public property damages and insurance claims have skyrocketed, not to
mention the impact on the police force.
Detectives have uncovered evidence of a secret crime ring that could be behind
all of this activity. They’re not sure why anyone would coordinate these goals –
in a number of cases, the take seems to be smaller than the risk. But, orders
have come down the chain to find out what’s going on and put a stop to it. Will
you help the police?
The goods in Battlefield Hardline: Criminal Activity.
- Four fast-paced new maps – Backwoods, Code Blue,
The Beat and Black Friday
- Two new rides
- Two new ammunition types for specific weapons
- A new gadget
- Three new weapons
- A nailgun battlepickup
- New Bounty Hunter game mode
- Six new masks: two animal masks, and four new

NDTV Gadgets - I Have Over 300 Games on Steam and I'm Leaving It All Behind
for GOG Galaxy. Thanks Cutter.
It's early days for GOG Galaxy but its creators have the right
intentions. Their laissez faire approach extends to Steam as well thanks to
a nifty feature called crossplay, which lets you play multiplayer games with
your Steam friends. And they aren't stopping there either, with overlays, a
game invite system, and notifications to be added, all without infringing on
your privacy.
Valve's chains were silky and mostly unobtrusive, but they showed themselves
every time I was trying to play offline, or was forced into a humungous 10GB
update. So yes, I've been a long suffering PC gamer but I have a feeling
that's all going to change very soon - and all it took is a little
competition.

So it turns out the
Knicks got the fourth pick in the draft after tanking all season in hopes of
getting the number one pick. I guess you could view this as justice for the
allegedly fixed 1985 NBA
lottery. It certainly can't be justice for
rehiring Isiah Thomas, as that's not nearly enough punishment for hiring
someone so inappropriate for the job, ignoring for the moment his proven
incompetence.
