Capcom Unity announces that preloads are now underway
on Steam for
Resident
Evil HD for those who have preordered the survival/horror remake. Word is
will make the game available at the stroke of midnight EST: "Those who've
already preordered
Resident Evil on Steam are now able to preload the game onto their
PCs . Do this so that you'll be able to play it as soon as it's officially out
on January 20th. In fact, if you're in US Pacific time, the game will officially
be available on Steam at 9pm on
January 19th!"
Fans of
Natural Selection 2 may be interested in a
post on the
game's official website that puts out the call for testers for new maps for
the action/strategy sequel. Here's word from their Community Development Team:
"What we need now is players, this mean you! The CDT is looking for players of
all skill that can make a weekly set game time to play and give feedback on any
number of maps. These maps can be in any stage of development from concept to
grey boxed or even a fully detailed version. Below is an image of one of the new
maps currently being worked on. Derelict is looking to be another great map in
the collection and this could be your chance to play and help shape it before
anyone else." Thanks
Ant.

Well I managed to get myself obligated to some activities this evening that may
impede my ability to watch the football games. However, the weather is a
terrible mess out there today, with a layer of ice making things pretty
treacherous, so this may just impede my impediment, which would allow me to
watch after all. We'll just have to see.
