Fenix Rage Demo and Soundtrack Released

Steam now offers a playable demo for Fenix Rage, offering the chance to rage against your machine, especially if it doesn't have a gamepad attached, as word is one is "strongly recommended" to play this platfomer (thanks DSOGaming). Word is the demo is accompanied by the release of the game's soundtrack:

Gamers around the galaxy are lovin’ every frustrating moment that Fenix Rage offers and there’s good reason: unique jumping and dashing mechanics, vivid graphic and art style, and that addicting “just one more try” gameplay have hooked players hard. And let’s not forget the rocking tunes!

Ask and receive, kind folks - available now for the sweet price of $1.99, the Official Fenix Rage Game Soundtrack delivers 32 chiptune, guitar tracks from the various menus, levels, and in-game cut scenes. From the air-guitar strumming rifts of the Red Forest levels, through the broodingly-dark driving rhythms in the Plague Nest stages, to the inspiring and riveting cadences of the Sanctuary final world, get ready to rock out while you rage!

But hold your infinite dashing shoes, there’s more! A FREE DEMO of Fenix Rage is now available for everyone to check out, especially by those gamers that were a little intimidated (e.g. “scurred”). Newbies can now find out why HardcoreGamer stated, “Fenix Rage is nothing short of great,” and why GameFront acclaimed, “Fenix Rage has more than enough content to keep you busy for a long, long time.” Anyone who has hesitant freinds should get them to taste the rage by sharing the demo.

Star Trek Online Expands

Arc Games website offers release notes for a new Delta Rising expansion that's now live in the Star Trek Online, the MMORPG that boldly goes and all that. The update is free, but it is accompanied by a premium Delta Rising - Operations Pack, and since the game has had a much lower profile since transitioning to a free-to-play model, our surprise at the $124.99 price tag for this may be misplaced (we see they also started selling a Legacy of Romulus Legacy Pack for $159.99 at some point as well). Word is the expansion raises the level cap to 60, adds new Captain specializations, ship upgrades, and more. Thanks Jamie.
