Bethesda Softworks has registered a trademark for
Fallout 4 with the
"Office for the Harmonization of the Internal Market." The filing can be viewed
on
this page showing it scientific instruments, fire-extinguishing apparatus,
and a host of other things, including computer software. This related on
The Vault, where they note that Bethesda made a similar filing for
Fallout; New Vegas approximately four months before officially announcing
that installment in the post-apocalyptic RPG series. Thanks

and Steam on Friday, November 29th, and cost $6.99.
Our first expansion comes largely from you and your dreams. Less story, more
survival. Long-term survival. More difficulty. New achievements, survivors, and
weapons. We hope you have as much fun with it as we have.

Need for
Speed Rivals will be capped at 30 FPS. They have a couple of screenshots for
the PC edition of the racing sequel in action to help you decide if its visuals
justify the performance hit. Thanks

As a James Bond fan I'm very pleased with
the news from yesterday that the ugly battle over the
Thunderball
rights is at an end. The greatest thing they could do with Daniel Craig as Bond
is to redo the
On Her Majesty's Secret Service and
You Only Live Twice stories
in line with the original books, which could only happen with the rights to use
the Blofeld character restored, which they now are. I'm optimistic this may
be the plan since they've been moving along without him for so long, it would
seem the only reason to finally settle this now would be to bring him back. Too
bad Donald Pleasance is dead.
