This page features the official fan podcast for The Two Guys From Andromeda!, the Space Quest creators currently at work on SpaceVenture. The show features Jim Walls, the former police officer who created Sierra On-Line’s Police Quest series, and as noted on Facebook, this includes an announcement, as they say: "Oh and if you missed it, he said live for the first time he will be making a new game!" He speaks of his excitement that "all this stuff is coming around full circle again," and we can expect this to show up on Kickstarter, and he's "pretty sure" that will happen this year. Thanks nin.

The Steam Content Description Record Database notes an entry in Steam for Brutal Legend, suggesting it's possible the ground is being laid for a release of a PC edition of Double Fine's music-inspired action/strategy game. There's nothing more to this so far than the game's name. Thanks Joao.

A website called alien.noire features a stylized graphic that neoGAF confirms is a countdown ending in 27 days. They also say it previously contained metadata saying this is the work of Bethesda Softworks and is related to Prey 2, though these references have since been edited out. Thanks VG247, where they also note a supererogatory tweet discrediting this, saying: "(Looking at the WHOIS, I'm a bit skeptical it is real. It's registered with Dreamhost, who is chiefly a personal domain registrar.)"

Happy Groundhog Day! Neither of the local celebrity rodent weathermen, Punxsutawney Phil and Staten Island Chuck, saw their shadows, a harbinger of early spring. Actually I assume it's other people looking for their shadows, as who can really see into the mind of a groundhog? And I don't know how it worked out like that, because it was sunny around here, but I'll take an early spring.
