Grand Theft Auto series. As noted on
Kotaku, the
Epsilon Program Website linked in the header is registered to Rockstar Games, so some viral marketing for the GTA series is beginning. From the website: "The world is 157 years old - FACT!" Thanks nin.
Kalypso Media USA announces a September release is planned for
Jagged Alliance: Crossfire, their upcoming standalone expansion for

- 10 new maps set in the unforgiving, frozen countryside of the mountain nation of Khanpaa, will challenge your planning skills -- rocky mountain terrain, narrow valleys and icy cliffs will provide new cover opportunities, chokepoints and offer optimum ambush points

- New weapons, enemies and equipment - supplies are scarce, and your mercenaries will have to make the most of outdated weapons, limited supplies and equipment

Steam News announces a new automatic update is now available for
Dungeons of Dredmor,
as well as the release of
Conquest of the Wizardlands, a new DLC pack for the action/adventure. Here's word on what this adds to the game:
Deep within the pocket dimensions of the Wizardlands, the mighty Wizardkings plunge their hands greedily into their stashes of magical wizarding booze, desperately searching for more mana. Their time has passed, and they have faded into the drunken myths of obscurity. Some of them can still be seen on street corners, but most people just give them five zorkmids and walk away.
While the Wizardkings have faded into the hangover-fuelled mists of time, their artifacts of power corrupt the world. Powerful wizarding keys, strewn about the Dungeons of Dredmor during a grand night out, threaten the very reality of existence. Mystical wizarding graffiti, spray-painted on the walls during a particularily good party, holds the secrets of other worlds.
This announcement heralds the release of
The Desmond Debacle, the first DLC for

Experience Desmond, the drinking bird, as you’ve never seen him before in even more brain twisting and complex puzzles! The Desmond Debacle provides hours of inter-dimensional puzzle solving.

I keep seeing ads for nonstick molds to make your own taco bowls from tortillas as if this was something that requires a specialized device. I always assumed you make one of these by baking a tortilla draped over a cylinder such as an empty can. Sure enough, if you Google this, you get a paid ad for those taco bowls, and a million results on how to easily make them for free with a can. Go figure.
