ArkhamCity.co.uk has word that the Penguin will be included in
Batman: Arkham City, Rocksteady's upcoming superhero sequel. They offer details from an article on the Australian Sunday Herald on how the character will be depicted. "The way that penguin has always been portrayed is as quite an aristocratic, well-spoken gentleman who's got these twisted delusions of grandeur," says Rocksteady's Dax Ginn. "So we've made him a really horrible, nasty piece of work - but still with the delusion of grandeur. He dresses well, but in a poor taste, and we've made him this brutish, brutal guy but also key into collection fascination that he's had through out the years." Thanks

I'm happy I held off on returning my birdfeeder, as it turns out I jumped the gun a bit in deciding it was bird-proof. Just a couple of days after drawing that hasty conclusion, the feeder started attracting more and more birds, and at this point it has turned into the avian hotspot that the previous feeder was. It has also continued to be squirrel-proof, as I have watched dozens of attempts on the birdseed by rodents, none of which were even remotely successful. The squirrels seem resigned to dining of scraps that fall to the ground... for now at least. I'm not declaring victory just yet after seeing the resourcefulness of the squirrels in action, but it's a good start.
