Duke Nukem Forever Lawsuits Settled

3D Realms/Apogee and Take-Two have filed to dismiss the lawsuits over Duke Nukem Forever, the still incomplete first-person shooter that's been duking it out in the courts. Word is the matter is now settled, as Shacknews has a filing saying: "The above action, including any and all claims that were or could have been asserted by the parties, is dismissed with prejudice in according with the terms of the Settlement Agreement executed by the parties on May 14, 2010." Take-Two sued 3D Realms over their failure to complete the game in May 2009, which was followed by a 3D Realms countersuit the following month over development of a separate Duke Nukem game. Details of the settlement are not revealed, though Shack notes that "dismissed with prejudice" means that neither company can file another lawsuit in this matter.
