Ryan Gordon's .plan File reveals that a new version 1.3 Linux dedicated
server is available for
Call of Duty: World at War:
I forgot to
mention this before. There's a Linux dedicated server. You'll need a retail copy
of the game for the data (your Steam install should work), and this package,
which patches any version of the game into a 1.3 Linux server:

An interesting thing I learned from my new G9 mouse with the weights is how
unnecessary weights are in a mouse, for myself, at least. I assumed at first
that heavy would be better, but quickly found loading it with weight actually
caused me wrist and hand pain, and further experimentation proved that I was
happiest with no weights whatsoever, so maybe I need to look into filling this
thing with helium.
