I have another funeral to attend today, and in a pair of coincidences, it is for
another aunt who died on the same day as the aunt whose funeral I just recently
attended. In this case it was my great-aunt, and the delay between her passing
and today's services was made possible by her choice of being cremated. Sorry if
mentioning three different deaths here in such a short span is too much of a
downer, but on the brighter side, as opposed to my Aunt and JUDGECAL, who were each
relatively young, my great-aunt lived to a ripe old age, and stayed pretty
healthy and sharp to the end. A good run, as it were, and we should all be so
lucky.
