A new World in Conflict movie shows off Massive Entertainment's upcoming alternate-history real-time strategy game. The movie is available from 3D Gamers and GameSpot. A new Warhammer: Mark of Chaos movie is also online, this one depicting still more gameplay footage from Black Hole Games' upcoming RTS game. The clip can be found on 3D Gamers.

This Rogue Warrior Website is developer Zombie's home to their just announced special forces shooter (thanks Frans). The site includes an extensive description of the Unreal 3-engine game, along with some screenshots.

New patches are now available for The Guild 2, updating the medieval strategy/management sequel to version 1.2 (thanks Frans). This thread on the JoWooD Forums offers links to the UK, French., Spanish, and Italian patches, while this thread has the German patch. Word is: "For the NA/US patch Aspyr Media asked us to approve and upload it so it is not yet downloadable, sorry. The UK patch 1.2 definately [sic] does not work with the US version of the game."

Frogster Interactive now offers a new patch for the German edition of El Matador, updating Plastic Reality Technology's tactical action game to version 1.1. Thanks Frans.

I've had a pain recently from one of my feet, and from the looks of it I have a plantar wart (I know gross -- make sure your cooties shots are up to date if you run into me). In what is probably not a coincidence, the older of the Smurfs was suffering from the same contagious malady during a recent visit. Lucky for him it hurts so much or the next time I see him he'd get a Red Foreman-style foot in the ass.
