New BF1942 Linux Server Beta

The BF1942 Dedicated Server Page on lightcubed.com (thanks Frans) now offers downloads of a new beta 2 of the version 1.45 dedicated Linux server for Battlefield 1942. This is a bug fix release to address a couple of issues with beta 1.

New BF1942 Battlefield 1982

The Battlefield 1982 Website now offers a new version A1.1 of this vehicular combat modification for Battlefield 1942. Though this release does not offer the promised CTF mode, it does provide several tweaks in addition to the obvious BF1942 version 1.45 compatibility, including tweaks to a couple of maps, protection from splash damage when inside vehicles, improved jets, and more.

New Doomsday

Doomsday HQ (thanks Frans) now offers downloads of a new version 1.7.12 of Doomsday, a modified version of the DOOM/Heretic/Hexen source code. The update adds a few fixes and new features, with a major focus on fixing and tweaking the rendering engine.
