is that American Conquest, CDV's strategy game set during the days between the discovery
of the New World and the American Revolution. Word on availability is the game
should be released on Valentine's Day, February 14.
Konami Makes PC FPS on

revealed about Apocalyptica, an
upcoming Quake III-engine game set in the apocalypse predicted in the Bible's
book of Revelation. They discuss the good versus evil theme, a little on the

and chief executive officer positions at Sega of America, the company
said." Similarly, Acclaim to Trim Administrative Staff by 35 Percent
(thanks again the_culture) includes word of another shakeup at the top: "The
Glen Cove, New York company also said president and chief operating officer for
North America, Edmond Sanctis, had resigned. Rod Cousens, president and COO for
Acclaim's international unit, will assume the interim role of global COO and
president."
A new beta 5.6 version of Action Half-Life

Okay, now that the Internet is hip enough to threats from viruses and worms that
server-side virus protection is commonplace, which is useful for reducing
clutter and problems, how long will it be before those who create, install, and
configure these things will figure out that a majority of virus sender's
addresses are spoofed, so they can stop sending these "you may have sent us
a virus" notes back, which, of course, represent clutter themselves. Don't
you hate when the solution becomes part of the problem?
