Medieval Total War Viking Invasion

Activision's Medieval Total War Expands Northwards with Viking Invasion Expansion Pack is the press release announcing an expansion pack for Medieval: Total War, Creative Assembly's 3D RTS game. Here's a bit on the add-on, which is scheduled for release in the Spring of this year: "Medieval: Total War - Viking Invasion challenges players to control eight new factions, including the Vikings themselves, the Saxons, Scots, Irish, Welsh and Picts, and embark on a campaign to dominate the British Isles. With a wealth of new historical heroes, players can lead a range of new units into battle, including Viking Berserkers, Saxon Huscarles and Fyrdmen, while conducting sieges enhanced by the introduction of flaming arrows and boiling oil."

Raven Shield Demo Update

An updated version 1.1 of the demo for Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Raven Shield is now available, fixing some bugs from the first demo for the upcoming Unreal-engine shooter, while adding a couple of additional features along with a new map and a new gameplay mode. The new 200 MB full installer can be found on 3D Gamers, FileShack (registration required), FilePlanet (registration required),, Gamer's Hell, and Worthplaying and the 70 MB patch for the original demo is on 3D Gamers, FileShack (registration required), FilePlanet (registration required), Gamer's Hell, and Worthplaying. Update: Raven Shield Platoon has downloads of a DLL that can help for those having trouble with a problem reported in the patch while an updated patch is being devised. Update II: A fixed version of the patch has now been distributed, so the DLL fix should now no longer be required.

I think my brother hit it on the head about this Joe Millionaire show... the only episode you really need to watch is when they decide to ultimately come clean about the scam... I wonder what it is they are paying this Joe anyway... too much and he comes too close to the rich guy he's not supposed to be, so I guess the whole thing just appeals to his (and others') sadistic side.
