Pinch me, I must be dreaming, not because my hometown team defied the odds in
earning a berth in this weekend's showcase for new commercials, but because I
received word from my potential DSL provider that I now have a date for the installation
of the phone company's line for the service. Not only do I have an appointment,
but it's less than a week away(!), so if you have noticed a thudding noise, it's
probably the sound of my jaw repeatedly hitting the floor. The difference this
time out is that I finally bit the bullet and inquired about the sDSL service
that I was able to get back in Brooklyn, rather than the cheaper aDSL.
