Epic Games Announces Plans for the 2009 Game Developers Conference Austin
Sponsored welcome party and private meetings are available to attendees
CARY, N.C. (September 3, 2009) – Epic Games, Inc., and Epic Games China invite
developers and publishers interested in Unreal Engine 3 technology to get
together at the 2009 Game Developers Conference Austin, to be held September
15-18, 2009.
Epic Games will sponsor the GDC Austin official opening night party on
Wednesday, September 16, 7:00–10:00 p.m. at Maggie Mae’s on 6th Street. In
addition, Epic will host dedicated meeting space for parties wishing to discuss
Unreal Engine 3 licensing options and/or view the latest demo of Atlas
Technology, the massively multiplayer online game (MMOG) development suite for
Unreal Engine 3 developed by Epic Games China.
Attendees who would like to talk about licensing Unreal Engine 3 for console and
PC games should email Mark Rein,
mark.rein@epicgames.com. Those who are interested in a private demo of the
Atlas Technology and want to learn more about the Unreal Engine 3-based MMOG
