New Competitive Video Gaming Site to Sponsor Top Gamers

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Newly launched competitive video gaming and social network site, Galaxy4Gamers (galaxy4gamers.com) is in search of top gamers in the West Coast, East Coast and Central regions of the U.S. to be the official representatives and faces of Galaxy4Gamers (G4G).

Each of the three regions will have 3 title holders representing a different gaming genre: sports, fighting, and first person shooter (FPS). With only 9 sponsorship positions available, gamers will have to battle it out on G4G in order to hold the prestigious title of being the best at their game and being part of the G4G CyberAthlete Team.

“We are looking for skilled individuals to be the faces of our company. We are offering die-hard gamers an opportunity to turn their gaming talents into a profession and gain some fame along the way,” said Mike Casazza, G4G President. “We want to build the best gaming team to not only represent G4G, but to also become leaders in the professional gaming industry.”

Members of the G4G CyberAthlete Team will receive travel expenses and entry-fees covered for three in-person tournaments in their local area for a period of one year. They will also obtain bonus compensation and prizes based on their tournament placement. These elite gamers will also receive merchandise and apparel to wear at tournament events, as well as heavy exposure on G4G promotions and marketing materials.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 and over
Players must win at least two games on G4G in preferred gaming genre with minimum entry value
After two wins, players must fill out an application in order to advance
Applications must be received before Oct. 30, 2009 at 12pm Pacific Time
