Variety.com follows up on rumors that Aliens RPG and Aliens: Colonial Marines have been cancelled with rumors of their own. According to their unnamed source (described as being "in a very good position to know what's up with both games") neither the unannounced Aliens RPG in the works at Obsidian nor Gearbox's Aliens: Colonial Marines have been cancelled, but it is possible that one or both games will be shifted to new developers. According to their source, SEGA is not seeing what it wants to see on the schedule it wants to see it from either project.
