I finally figured out why there is so much beeping coming from the guys working on the sidewalks outside the BlueTower. It's not from having a truck in reverse, it's when the large cement mixing truck is pouring, as I guess that makes the rear-end of the truck a dangerous blind spot for the driver similar to backing up. I guess that makes *twitch* sense *twitch*.
