Paradox Interactive announces that Supreme Ruler 2020 is shipping in North America, and that the first patch for Battlegoat Studios' strategy sequel is also now available. A playable demo for the game was released last week (story), and the patch can be found on AtomicGamer, FileFront, and Strategy Informer. Here's the announcement:
