Call of Duty 3 Official on IGN offers an advance announcement preceding E3 that Call of Duty III is due this fall, and confirms word (story) that the next installment in the World War II shooter series will be for consoles only. The story includes the E3 trailer with various console logos as well as the logo for Treyarch rather than Infinity Ward, so rumors of a new PC game will follow from the originators of the series may still prove true (story).
