Here is the
official
reveal trailer for
Call of Duty: Black Ops III, a futuristic
installment in the series in development at Treyarch. The description indicates
we can expect this to be released on November 6th, and that you can
preorder the game right now
for Windows, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 to get beta access, though they make no
promises about when the beta will commence. Also,
Eurogamer's preview of the game discusses the co-op campaign,
"augment-fuelled multiplayer," and more. Finally, after a visit to Treyarch,
VG247 came away with system specifications, though these are neither minimum
nor recommended, as word is they "are designed with low end and high end builds
in mind," whatever that means. They do have quotes from Treyarch covering the
spectrum, however. "For players on high-end rigs there are feature-rich options
for them. You’ve invested in your rig, you want to be able to turn on all those
options and play all maxed out," explains Treyarch boss Mark Lamia. "And with
moderate PCs we’re doing a lot of optimisations up front and making sure you can
have an awesome experience too."
