Well it's that time of year again, as yesterday I fired up a batch of my world-famous (self-promotion counts, right?) Texas-style chili. Early indications are this turned out pretty good, though my plan to make it a bit milder was only so successful, and I think I'm just going to give up on making a more user-friendly version. I guess that's not the greatest tragedy: it's not like super-mild chili makes any more sense than super-spicy applesauce. Cavete comedentis! Biter beware!
