I made some chicken wings without the benefit of the man-stove last night, and they were pretty darned good in spite of the heresy of indoor cooking. MrsBlue dug up an Alton Brown recipe which worked nicely. This involves steaming the wings first, and the big inconvenience of needing to cool them in the fridge for an hour to prep them for the oven. This was all probably easier than loading them into the rotisserie, though the outcome was not nearly as good, so residents of Manstovia need not fear creation of our number one export is likely to be permanently outsourced (insourced?) any time soon.
