Matrix Games announces Alea Jacta Est, a grand strategy game set in the Roman Empire that is apparently looking to capitalize on the huge segment of the market that speaks Latin (on the remote chance you don't, the title translates to "the die is cast"). The game is due next week via digital distribution, and here's word on what to expect:
