Star Supremacy announces
Wrath of the Galaxy General, a new expansion coming next week to the space-based MMORTS game. They list 18 different new features this will add, which are reproduced here for your perusal:
- Domination War Also Known as Planet Competition
Starts at 10:00 and ends at 15:00 on every Wednesday and Saturday server time, during which the alliance which has captured the most of resource nodes on the planet (at least 1/4) and at least one space fortress will get special buff, as well as the opportunity to rename the planet after your alliance!
- Alliance War
- Alliances can declare war against only one other alliance every 30mins, which means if you would like to change your declared target you have to cancel the previous one first. Meanwhile, Alliances in war will get 3 times Military XP bonus during Domination War period.
- Shield remaining time will be displayed right above colony icon on world map.
- Remove the Shield effect gained from alliance capturing fortresses.
- Fleets action limitation. Players could only transfer and expel fleets if their colonies are under assaulting.
- New ranking system ------ Military Rank, Credit income per hour, Research, Highest commander level and Task score.
- Honor Icon on the left side changed into Military Icon. Players can receive Military Salary in there.
- Military Rank is applied to ship’s attributes. Higher ranking means more ship armor and damage.
- Military XP gained from arena is decreased, but honor points gained from arena is doubled.. Attacking lower Military Rank players would not receive any Military XP.
- New items Military XP Pack and Military Admixture. Military Pack is droppable in Corsair.
- Military rank symbols are added and displayed on ranking, planet view and garrison view
- Add new alliance research. Boost Military XP gain speed by 100% in 24 hours after activated.
- New level 50 purple set added in Arena Shop. Set bonus ---- Increase military XP gained by 50%.
- Daily task --- Challenge arena added. Challenge task --- Level up military rank
- Completing some main tasks and daily tasks gives XP bonus to commanders.
- Resource production rate increased in all colonies.
- All ships construction time is decreased to a certain degree.
