Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter Patched

A new patch for Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter is now available automatically through Steam with a few fixes for the shooter remake. Here's the change list.

Enlarged the gap between the team panels in game overlay menu to make space for the center scrollbar that pops up when there are more players than it fits inside the leftmost panel.
Fixed the scrollbars in game overlay menu glitching in some cases.
Fixed the "Mismatched Version" error report that happened with renamed demo files.
