DICE: Free Maps "Crucial"

Computer and Video Games has word from DICE senior producer Patrick Bach that DICE had "generous" amounts of DLC planned for Battlefield: Bad Company 2, saying: "we don't ever want to charge for our maps." He says they "insisted to EA that this attitude was crucial when it came to keeping our community happy and playing together," adding, "We're owned by EA but we're still very much DICE." A free VIP map pack for Bad Company 2 was released yesterday, as sales got underway for the Xbox 360 edition of the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 stimulus package, which was $15.00 USD.
