MrsBlue and I went to the local diner this morning for breakfast, and I could not resist indulging in one of my favorite dishes on such an occasion... eggs with corned beef hash. I can't even figure out myself how this qualifies as breakfast, even if there are eggs involved, so don't ask me to justify ordering it. I should be able to move again soon. Maybe I'll just call it an indulgence to celebrate the first day of spring, which it is around here. And to those south of the equator, happy autumn!
