Indie developer Realtime Worlds announces the third and final closed beta test for APB: All Points Bulletin is now underway, and that those interested in participating still have the chance to sign up for the beta on this page. Here's word on the online crime game: "Incorporating frantic third-person action into a persistent online multiplayer world, APB will offer a whole new perspective on MMO gaming: this is ‘Mass Mayhem Online’.
