Steam News announces a new automatic update for Killing Floor that fixes a crash under Windows 2000 in TripWire Interactive's zombie shooter and fixes a problem that caused it to hitch or freeze each time the player encounters a new enemy. There's also a new update for the Steam client itself, fixing the "Installation incomplete (53)" error when launching Left 4 Dead 2 or Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and fixing a bug preventing reconnecting to multiuser chats after reconnecting to the Steam servers.
