Square Enix has filed a trademark registration for Fantasy Earth Zero reports superannuation, who also point to the Wikipedia article that says Fantasy Earth Zero is a Japanese MMORPG. That article also explains that the game was developed by Square Enix as a subscription-based game, but they cancelled the game due to lack of demand. The game is now operated in Japan by Gamepot, making Square Enix grabbing the western trademark more intriguing. They also report Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville Enterprises has filed a trademark registration for Margaritaville for gaming-related use.
