Newly released role-playing shooter Borderlands suffers from a bug that can reset players' skill points and weapon proficiencies on all three platforms during multiplayer sessions, reports 1UP. There are posts about this on the Gearbox Forums, and this bug is listed in a Known Issues Status Update from Gearbox Software Community, though this does not list the PC as one of the impacted platforms. A Gearbox employee posted a response about this on their forums: "Your report has been heard and we're working on it. Unfortunately there isn't a fix just yet, but when one is available we hope to be able to repair as much of your character data as possible."
