IndustryGamers reports that Lou Castle is the new CEO of InstantAction, the portal for numerous original web-based games launched by GarageGames. This is accompanied by news that InstantAction will be leaving its Eugene Oregon-based headquarters to open offices in two different locations, one in Portland, and the other in Las Vegas, where Castle is located (Sin City was also the home to Westwood Studios, cofounded by Castle).
