NewWorld.com, Inc. and the  Cyberathlete team have joined forces to bring  
FRAG II (The Foremost Roundup of Advanced Gamers) to Dallas, Texas, 
(March 6 - March 9, 1998). FRAG II will be the first event to hold both a 
Gamer's Tournament and a Gamer's Trade Show.

"We are so pleased with the support that we have received for FRAG I, from 
both the gaming community and the hardware industry, that we are able to 
begin planning for FRAG II immediately."  Stated Angel L. Munoz, CEO of 
NewWorld.com, Inc. "Because of this phenomenal support,  at FRAG II we 
will have cash prizes in excess of  $50,000, in addition to computer 
equipment, peripherals and software prizes.  We believe that this event will 
attract well over 1,000 contestants and participants and we will make sure 
that we are prepared to handle as many as 2,000 people."
