I remember just sitting back in a dimmed room listening to *gasp* albums. Ok, there may have been some burning shrubs, but still, it didn't need lights and wireless to have fun.
This is just bringing kids back to enjoying music for what it is. And adding lights and wireless to it.

I think that Rock Band and Guitar Hero have gotten a new generation of kids interested in actual songs, those that have musical instruments such as guitar, drums, bass, melody and singing.
That can't be a bad thing.
If you want to blame the ills of society on anything, blame Dungeons and Dragons.
It's evil I tell you. Eveeeel.

Is it just me or has this rock band/guitar hero thing gotten out of control. It's the south park episode come to life. Shit there are kids out there who are quitting school so they can become professional rock band/guitar hero players. Rather pathetic.
If they have that much manual dexterity they should learn a real instrument that can entertain friends, family and make a real living off of it.
