He likely is: It's a well-known idiom that is often used(see: Trial of Saddam Hussein), and while it technically does not apply to this case (presumably it's a legitimate court, just one that made a poor decision) the pun was no-doubt irresistible.

I thought the kangaroo reference was pretty funny, since kangaroos are only native to Australia. Plus, it would seem that only a kangaroo would consider a TV schedule to be copyright-able.

I can't say I was ever keen on monster cable before, really most of my problem lay with the best buy idiot sales people trying to push a $200 set of cables on me when a $30 set would work just fine.

Perhaps the the people being sued are right, maybe monster needs the money cause people aren't so willing to splurge on exorbitantly priced cables, that may or may not actually produce any real performance gains. *blames it on the economy*

Damn right they aren't factual.
The programs typically start anything up to 10 minutes later than advertised, and if Big Brother or Survivor crap is on, then anything up to half an hour later!
