A patch is now available for Rainbow Six Vegas 2 to update the newest
installment in the Tom Clancy tactical shooter series to version 1.02. The new
version adds speech recognition and address a bunch of bugs. The 90 MB patch can
be found on AtomicGamer,
FanGaming,
FileFront, Gamer's Hell,
Internode
Games Network, and
Strategy Informer.

Did they do anything about the lame "triggered" enemy spawns in terrorist hunt mode? Doesn't look like it. I consider that to be the number one problem with the game too. It's immersion-breaking (insofar as it's even possible to get immersed in the game), tactics-defying, and generally annoying as hell.

Probably will be the last "real" patch too. After this UBI will release a few other small patches that break more than they fix.
No it isn't seeing into the future but just knowing how they operate.

hah! I tried the speech recognition once on the 360 version. Let's just say it's not the best way to govern your AI team of Corkys.
