I'm don't think these guys know what they are talking about. U9 ran 'OK' on Glide, it was the directx version that was unplayable. And there were no sequels attempted or planned, 9 was always meant to be the final Ultima. (There were 2 aborted sequels to Ultima Online, but not the Ultima series)
Yeah, Anarchy Online should be on the list and the top spot should have been Vanguard, duh.

Oh and on the topic of games + T-shirts. I used to work in the industry of creating "art" for shirts - right now they will do anything to sell tees. When the economy gets bad - T-shirt companies are on the first wave of industry to collapse.

On steam being a disaster when it went live - I still think that it is complete and utter BULLSHIT to have to be on the net to play a single-player game!

Eager RPG fans booted the game up on their fancy Voodoo3-equipped Pentium II rigs, only to run headlong into myriad 3D engine bugs and crash after game-halting crash. Hee Hee I had almost forgotten about that fiasco! man has it really been that long?
