There is this nightmarish ad that's been appearing here with a buzzing mosquito
sound that's clearly intentionally nightmarish. I'm at work (again) on getting
(and maybe even keeping) that and other such things off of the site here, but
since I did receive a couple of very reasonable complaints about this, I thought
I'd let those of you who have suffered with this in silence (aside from the
buzzing noise, of course) that I am aware of this situation, and am attempting
to get on top of it.

Ummmm.. because it doesn't? There are two west coast servers at the bottom to download the file from that do not require any type of membership. Did you even visit the site before throwing your 'F*ck FilePlanet' tantrum? Did you even read my post before you posted your shit-witted reply? It was only two sentences. Shouldn't have been too difficult for most people. Read it again, or have someone read it to you if it's too much.
I went to the Planet Battlefield site that Blue linked to. If there were any free download links, I wouldn't have thrown a "tantrum". Like nin, I stopped at the "login to download" screen. No west coast servers listed there and no reason to continue past it, since I had no intention of joining. Yes, I eventually found the download at the Snoken site, but that wasn't the site that Blue linked to for the file. So my question stands, as well as my "tantrum"... F*ck FilePlanet.

Wait... There's ads here? haha! I guess I sort of forget about those sort of things since the adblock ff extension came along. Web browsing is SOOO much less annoying now.

Btw, does any one know how often Google updates it's searches? In other words, how long before "www.hammiestudios.com is nothing but motherfucking spam. Try www.stileproject.com instead.", in quotes, starts showing results?
Also, wouldn't someone have to offer up a site or simply a page with a metatag containing the message that would be shown on the Google search? Also, when and if these sigs start making a dent will anyone actually see the message or will they simply be directed to Blue's with no knowledge of our clever SST skilz?

And I'm in on the SST sig thing, although I don't really post enough to make much of a difference, every little bit helps.

Why do I need a PS1 memory card for a PS1 game on my PS2. POS. I forgot that it had this "feature" and now I have to hunt down my friggen PS1 memory card. Well, before you buy a revo, know that you'll need gamecube memory cards for any gamecube saves.
And yeah, it's still dumb.

heh, im not sure to which your reffering, either the blog or the saving power attempt.
I may as well detail whats currently up with both of those, which will give me a break from workies
Currently regarding saving power The house that I am in right now is an absolute nightmare, I can feel the windows radiating the cold, hear noises from down the street which suggests there is very little insulation etc. However there is nothing I can do about it as its a rental.
Fortunatly the new house im building is a completly different story that once finished will provide a huge basis for the blog. Basically its got great insulation, low-e windows, energy efficient appliances and ive been looking into LED lights (Although price wise I will probably have to go with Flourescents for some areas). Energy efficient appliances, auto-switch off power strips etc... But thats all to come.
As for the blog currently I have had the last 4 months of all my free time taken up by a new online business that mt wife, my brother and I have all been slaving on. Hence the low number of posts here and the almost complete stoppage on the blog more recently. Fortunatly though its almost finished, another few weeks and it should be where it needs to be and we can go ahead and launch it.
Who knows maybe Blue will give me a link?

Really? I was looking at early June myself... We're flying out on 18 June to LV and flying back from LAX on 2 July. Hopefully a few days in Vegas, a few days in the canyon and a week or so in California should prepare me for starting proper grown up work in August.
If nothing else, I'll take advantage of being able to buy two units of your mickey mouse currency for one of mine :);P

MySpace is so pathetic, and people using MySpace and YouTube for adult masturbatory material are even more pathetic. Bleh, no worse (or different, really) than the people who scour "amateur" porn sites for pics of "girls next door." The only difference that there are fewer pics in a site that doesn't concentrate links (ala a TGP). God knows you'll find more that are a little classier than porn, because it seems everyone on MySpace likes to dress up for pics.
You mean spamboy?
I must have missed the reason why he hasn't been banned. Can someone fill me in? Because Blue won't incorporate stricter modding functions?
We're all kinda wondering why Blue continuously spends time cleaning up his posts rather than banning him. There's probably not much motivation to do so, honestly. He creates a new set of news entries everyday, updates with major or near-major news a few times and leaves the rest alone. Just let the rest of the site rake in money and ignore the rest. It's not like this site is Shacknews or /., where you know, 3/4 of the site is just chatty fat anyway.

Bill retired today from coaching football:
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,245552,00.html
IRVING, Texas — Bill Parcells retired from coaching Monday, leaving the Dallas Cowboys after four years without a playoff win and just two weeks after a stinging wild-card loss to Seattle.
During a 19-year career that also included coaching the New York Giants, New England Patriots and New York Jets, Parcells made it to three Super Bowls winning twice with the Giants.

Ohh hey, you want to know something else to greatly reduce the cost of electricity?
Go back to using Freon (r-12) refrigerant, that was outlawed.
All the supposed negatives about it, that the other miracle product did not have, have since been shown to be even more true for the new refrigerant then the old (freon). There are many estimates that say almost half the electricity used in this country goes towards cooling (food and homes). Oh, did I mention that the old refrigerant is something like 30% more efficent? You go find the numbers low power boy and crunch them, and see how much you could save, and how much more pollution has been put into the air in the past ~17 years because of people being not allowed to use freon.
btw, your personal progress sucks
