So, I wonder if Halo Wars will remain "exclusive" just like the original Halo and Halo2 were...
*Me looks into my crystal ball and sees the Halo3 for PC announcement and I smile...

* Gameplay: Experience all the classicDOOM and DOOM II levels, monsters, and weapons. Play the entire single-player game solo or in co-op mode via split screen or over Xbox Live. * Multiplayer: Play up to four-player deathmatch, either in split-screen or on Xbox Live. Earn achievements and check the leaderboards for the high scores. * Next-generation features: With 1080i HD support, 5.1 Surround Sound, and smooth textures, this isDOOM for the next generation. So it's basically Doom Legacy for consoles.

An RTS on a console... laff. Well, EA managed to port BFME2 to the X360, albeit with oversimplified micromanagement. Regardless, the RTS genre, even more than the FPS genre, does not belong on consoles. It was clearly designed with a mouse and keyboard in mind.

Heh, game gets announced right after a homebrew Halo RTS game was shut down by M$. I'd be jazzed about this RTS if this was coming to the PC.

On one hand, I wish they had done jdoom or something. As mentioned, small boxes are really annoying on the HDTV. I understand for some games, I do not for Doom.
On the other hand, 4 player split-screen co-op... nothing more to say.

That trailer for Bioshock was pretty disgusting, and it seemed quite out of sync with the rest of what I've seen of the game being almost puzzle-solving in nature, especially in that 15 minute commented video that was out a week or two ago.
I was hoping someone would have a demo of something - teaser trailers and videos don't cut it now they can just throw a demo at me. Any chance that will happen over the coming days?

It was leaked as part of that ubisoft stuff a week or two. In fact, they may have two of them in the preprepreplanning stages already.
Are you suprised?

"Where? A sequel to Double Agent hasn't even been revealed yet."
There was a bunch of concept art for it in that leaked Ubisoft file from last week; it's subtitled "Conviction" or something like that.

"the Xbox-360 exclusive on the console edition of Splinter Cell Double Agent"
They were talking about the NEXT, fifth, Splinter Cell game, not the current Double Agent one.

Hmm.... never would have thought of bringing this to arcade, but if they get the multiplayer right (co-op, I'm looking at you)and it doesn't lag horribly over live, this could be awesome.
Oh and good call throwing in HD King Kong and the remote into the HD-DVD bundle, at least for the initial run or whatever the limited time is.
Now if my 360 would only work...
