Why doesn't Nintendo come out with a Portable Handheld Gamecube of sorts.

http://www.engadget.com/entry/1234000463042337/

Of course, it would hardly be child safe in any regards. Given the 'Cube I got for my niece runs it fans as loud as my notebook, this little bloke in the pic could probably heat a home or two.

Why doesn't Nintendo come out with a Portable Handheld Gamecube of sorts. Just the simple fact that the Gamecube uses those mincey disks makes it a swell idea.
Perhaps this was their intent.

A handheld with hundreds of launch titles.

I'd buy a couple. Any takers?

    uh, PMP?
Yes, PMP. Pronounced "pimp". As in:

"Who needs an ipod? I've got a creative pimp!"

"Hey everybody! Would you like to see my creative pimp?"

seems to me the PSP has already cornered the market, and then there's the rumored Apple vPod or whatever it'll be called. Didn't one of these things just go out of business a few days ago, now Creative is coming out with the "Zen Vision PMP"? already there's a glut on the market for a technology no one may even want.

uh, PMP?

All this talk of portable video players combined with all the noise we hear over copyright violation has got me thinking: wouldn't watching a movie in a public place like a bus - in full view of numerous other unlicensed viewers - constitute providing a 'public performance' of said movie?

Wouldn't the license-holder therefore be obligated to first secure the right to a public performance of the works from the copyright-holder?

Today's questions have been brought to you by the answer "yes".

I actually get paid for this..

I'm not even angry. I'm being so sincere right now, even though you broke my heart and killed me.

I love how they use the "lost revenue" excuse.
Trying to jump on the warez and music/movie bandwagon.
Hey, it worked for the other guys!

My phone uses wav and mp3 files, so I just clip whatever I want out of a song...

Shoplifted?

Yeah right.

Here is a little hint, 99% of the ring tones suck ass and no one would pay for them anyway. They would find other means.

You have lost 0.00 dollars. Idiots.
Nobody wants the crappy midi tones anyway.

My wants: GTA DC (politicians) and GTA FL (crazy nut job lawyers)
