I upgraded my monitor a couple months ago from the Gateway FHD2400 to the Dell U2410, and I could not be happier. I was having a lot of trouble with the Gateway's viewing angle, on the vertical axis in particular. I couldn't quite position the monitor such that the image didn't start disappearing at the edges. Also, the glossy display caused a lot of glare where I have my computer set up.
The Dell U2410 solved both of these for me, as it has a matte display and it seems to have much wider viewing angles than the Gateway. If you have the money to spend on the Dell, I would recommend it. |
