That guy sure has his hands in a lot of junk. Retired Army general officer, former commander of NATO, CNN news adviser, now pusher of corn fuel. Quite a résumé.

I heard somewhere that the gas pumps at gas stations are not UL approved for E85 and that the insurance companies won't insure because of that. I'm not certain where to look for this information though.
Although, after that article, it kind of makes sense that it would be the case.
Also, Ethenol can be very fuel efficient if you change the engines to run just that. Sort of like the high octane fuel of race cars need high compression engines to work properly. |

Conventional over -> 450 degrees, max.
Charcoal grill -> can get up to 1000 degrees... (depends a bit on the charcoal, but it gets VERY hot.)
This is why people get things off the grill with metal thongs
